Major Thrust Areas for Research Activities

Health Psychology

Facilities : Well equipped Laboratories with advanced instrumentation and proper facilities of testing for the assessment of Intelligence, Aptitude, Motivation, Personality, Attitude, Interest and Other Dispositions, Personal Computers are provided to every faculty member (though internet facilities arc yet to be provided), Class room teaching is imparted by lecture and adequate audio-visual aids, "Guidance and counseling Cell - A Centre of Positive Health" is there, providing health care and promotional service to the students at local level and to community, Committee to check the menace of Sexual Harassment and Violence against females at then-workplace is working actively with the objective to check any unwelcome sexually determined behaviour directly or by implication. Active efforts arc made by the committee to create awareness in the females about their rights to avoid any kind of violence against them.
